Advisor Bonuses: Transparent, Undisputed

Bonus is the reward paid only to your own advisors (the advisor who closed the sale). The share paid to agencies lives in the Commission Engine; brokerage income collected from buyer or seller lives in Brokerage Income. The three concepts never mix.

VAT-inclusive/exclusive percentage, fixed amount, or unit-specific figure — define the bonus calculation rule to company policy.

Bonus locks in the sale currency; the team may view another currency via the FX converter, but the agreed amount does not float.

No bonus record forms until the sale clears the legal lock. After approval, earned bonus appears in the in-month table; “what will my bonus be?” debates shrink because everyone sees the same engine.
