PLANYUM INTERNATIONAL PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION ADDENDUM
This Addendum forms an integral part of Planyum's Main Privacy Notice and sets out region-specific legal rights of users and Planyum's international obligations.
Global Data Protection Officer (DPO)
Pursuant to the laws of the United Arab Emirates (PDPL), Singapore (PDPA), and India (DPDPA), Mehmet Cem Uysal has been appointed as Planyum's official Data Protection Officer (DPO). United Arab Emirates (Middle East Region)
High-risk user data in this region (identity, title deeds) are hosted on the Europe-based Supabase infrastructure under Supabase's own standard security and data processing terms. In the event of a data breach, official notice will be provided to the affected users and (where required) to local supervisory authorities within 72 hours.
India (DPDP Act 2023)
Personal data of individuals located in India are uploaded to the Planyum platform by Planyum's customers (real estate/construction companies), which act as Data Controller for such data. Individuals who wish to withdraw consent to processing or request deletion/export of their data may first contact the company that uploaded the data; that company can fulfill the request using tools provided by Planyum. Where the request cannot be directed to the relevant company, an application may also be made to Planyum at info@planyum.com.
Singapore (PDPA)
Your data are hosted in Europe using encryption technologies (256-bit) that meet the "comparable protection" standard required by Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
United States (CCPA/CPRA)
Even where Planyum falls below the thresholds set by the California Consumer Privacy Act, it does not sell or commercially share any user data with third parties. Users have the right to learn whether their data are being processed and to request deletion.
