Exactly how long does your staff have to complete a task? At what discount level is your personal approval mandatory?
What are the working hours and holidays for the company — or for each employee individually?
From discount approval thresholds to prospect call-back windows, from task delay tolerance to agency follow-up frequency, you can change dozens of operating rules from a single “Task Settings” panel whenever you wish — no technical knowledge required.
Managerial friction is removed at the source, your team works to the standards you set, and as the company grows your rules never blur.
When your company first steps into Planyum, you are not met with an ordinary registration form but a dedicated welcome experience we call “Smart Gate.” A short setup wizard learns more than a dozen critical settings from you through clear questions — working hours, task durations, approval thresholds, notification preferences — and stands your company up on day one under your own rules.
You start with a correctly configured system instead of weeks of internal debate over “how do we set this up, who approves what.”
Planyum is not only intelligent — it is strikingly refined. Dress the interface in one of dozens of carefully designed premium themes (for example navy-and-gold “Night Manager” or warm, inviting “Classic Villa”) and add your corporate colors.
Your team works in a luxurious environment rather than dull screens, and clients who see the display are instantly persuaded of your brand’s stature — a screen opened in a meeting room or on site becomes a sales argument in its own right.
In Planyum, authority does not bottleneck in one person. Beneath Company Owner/Authorized Signatory and Manager roles, you may — if you choose — grant independent approval rights in their own domains to department heads in Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Title Deed Unit, and After-Sales.
A user’s mere “access” to a section and their ability to “approve” transactions there are two entirely separate permissions you define.
As you grow from a five-person team to a fifty-person organization, approvals no longer pile on your desk; trusted people gain speed in their domains while you focus on strategic decisions.
You invite a new employee by email and choose which departments (accounting, legal, HR, marketing, after-sales, deed transfer) they may approve in.
One person can hold authority in multiple departments; permissions can change at any moment so nobody sees too much or too little.
