Every project has its own center

From the cover image to the social-area gallery, from the sample-unit library to the stock table — everything about a project comes together on one page.

A wizard walks you through setup.

When you add a new project, an in-session wizard guides you step by step; project details, cover image or video, social areas, and the catalog are all completed in the same flow.

Marketing proposes, the manager approves.

Your marketing team can also upload project-wide content like the cover image, social-area gallery, and catalog — but it goes through manager or owner approval before it goes live; stock and price changes remain directly the responsibility of the manager or the company owner.

A library of sample units.

You can pre-upload images, video, or virtual-tour content for your sample units and store them in a library, then pick whichever you want and add it to any offer presentation when you prepare one — or add sample-unit content on top of general project information and visuals and send it out as a pure presentation instead of an offer. If you'd like, for these general-promotion-only presentations, you can also have Planyum select the room types you want and pull current minimum/maximum price and floor-area figures from the system straight into your presentation.
