One customer, one file
Who they are, what was discussed, which offer was made, and which deal is in progress — it all accumulates in a single customer card.
The whole history, one screen.
The moment you open a customer card, you see a summary of every call, message, appointment, offer, and offer-presentation view with that person. Tag teammates with @ in internal notes to loop them in instantly. When a new consultant takes over a customer, they don't have to learn the history from scratch — it's all already on the card.
From negotiation to title deed, the same card.
When you make an offer to a customer, incoming counter-offers accumulate on the same card as a negotiation chain. A reservation, sale, or rental record starts directly from the customer card. If a deal falls through, the customer goes inactive; a new inquiry reactivates them automatically.
Never lose the source or the relationship.
Where every customer came from (a digital campaign, a real estate agency, a referral, and so on) is on record; for an ad-sourced inquiry, you can see everything down to which ad it came from, right on the customer card. We didn't skip any detail as unnecessary — even your customers' birthdays are tracked. Your consultant may forget; Planyum doesn't.
Customers who've gone quiet — and then come back.
A customer who's looked inactive for a while but unexpectedly re-engages gets flagged automatically on the cockpit, so no warm opportunity slips through.
Usage guide
- Customer list: Customers in the sidebar. The default view is active customers; a separate filter shows inactive ones.
- Adding a new customer: "New Customer" and enter identity, contact, budget, and source details. If you're in a sales role, date of birth is required.
- Bulk import: the company owner can bulk-import an existing list file; export is available to the same role.
- Customer card: a summary of calls, messages, appointments, offers, and offer-presentation views sits at the top. Log activity to update status.
- Offers and negotiation: make an offer to the customer; incoming counter-offers accumulate on the same chain.
- Moving to a sale or rental: start a reservation, sale, or rental record directly from the customer card.
- Inactive and reactivation: certain negative outcomes make a customer inactive automatically; a new inquiry reactivates them automatically.
- Transfer: the company owner, a manager, or the customer's current owner can transfer the customer to another consultant.
