Your day, right when you log in
Your tasks, appointments, and plans in day, week, month, and year views — this is the screen that greets you every time you open the panel.
Four views, one rhythm.
The Calendar is the first screen you see every time you log in. In Day view, your assigned tasks appear on a timed timeline and in a separate untimed list. You see what each day is made of, how many tasks it carries, and — if capacity tracking is on — your occupancy rate for that day. You see up front whether an extra task will even fit that day, and anyone requesting a task from you sees, purely as a system suggestion and without ever touching your calendar, whether you're available that day or when it would be more realistic to ask. Planyum can estimate how long each task is likely to take and show your occupancy within working hours independent of when tasks were actually scheduled.
Manual plans, eleven categories.
Call, meeting, online meeting, site visit, fair, event, paperwork/notary, delivery, internal meeting, training, or follow-up — whatever the task is, add it to the calendar directly under that category. When it's done, log the outcome or chain the next step straight from it.
Your capacity, right in front of you.
In companies with capacity tracking on, Month and Year views show your occupancy rate alongside your task count. In companies without it, the Calendar keeps working just as simply.
Usage guide
- Log in and land on the Calendar. Four tabs at the top: Day, Week, Month, Year.
- Day view lists your active assigned tasks; timed ones sit on a timeline, date-only ones in a separate list below.
- Week view shows only your timed plans — check Day view for untimed tasks.
- Month and Year: each day in Month shows its task count (and occupancy, if enabled); click a day to open Day view. Year summarizes twelve months, not individual tasks.
- Adding a manual plan: pick "New plan," choose a category, set the duration, link a customer if relevant, save.
- Completing a plan: click an expired plan's card and log the outcome — close it as done, or chain the next step as a new plan.
- In-person meetings: a meeting scheduled from a customer card lands on your calendar automatically; mark it done, cancelled, or postponed from that card.
