Deed Transfer: The Final and Most Critical Step of the Sale

On installment sales one of two options is chosen and approved: annotated early transfer or transfer after full payment.

On cash sales the process can trigger the moment accounting approves payment. All requests are filtered in the Deed Transfer unit by date, project, and client.

A transfer request completes only when an image or scan of the title deed is uploaded. The risk of “we thought we sold it, the deed never moved” disappears; legal, accounting, and sales look at the same truth.
