The Manager Cockpit shows the same live data as the owner — from the sales funnel to portfolio performance, from team efficiency to pending approvals; only owner-specific financial details like license and subscription are left out here.

If you have approval authority, pending items are in front of you.
If you have approval authority in a department like accounting, legal, HR, or marketing, pending approvals greet you as a separate section in your cockpit.

You see the goal the owner left you.
If the company owner left you a written goal, you see it directly from your cockpit.
