Invite people to your open house with a single link
You share a unique invite link you've created for each event; the moment an invitee gives their name and RSVPs, they're recorded as an attendee in your system — and if you set the invite link to treat attendees as prospects, once they attend they're added if they're not already in the system, or updated if they are.
How It Works
An invite that requires no login.
You create a link unique to each event or open house; it requires no account creation or login from the invitee, and lets them register straight from their browser.
RSVPs drop into your attendee list.
When an invitee enters their name, phone, and email and RSVPs, that information automatically becomes part of your attendee list. On the day of the event, you can mark attendance status from that list if you'd like, so you don't have to chase down who actually showed up afterward.
Marking attendance routes a task to the right person.
If you created the event in prospect mode, marking an attendee as having attended triggers an automatic follow-up task: if the person is already your customer, it goes to their specialist; if that specialist is no longer at the company, it goes to an appropriate colleague; if they're not yet your customer, a new customer record is created and the task is assigned to the relevant new consultant.
Tips
- Creating an event: open a new event from the Events page and share the invite link.
- Tracking RSVPs: see who's attending from the RSVP list.
- After attendance: an automatic follow-up task is created for anyone you mark as having attended.
