How It Works
You map it once — and you're never asked again.
The first time you upload a template, you manually match each blank to the right CRM field, just once. Planyum remembers that mapping for the template going forward; the next time you use it, every blank is recognized automatically.
If anything's missing, generation doesn't even start.
Before a contract is generated, Planyum checks the customer, partner, and company records involved. If a field is empty, it stops right there and shows you exactly which record needs completing — so you never end up with a wrong or half-filled contract.
The output is a Word file you can actually use.
The filled contract downloads as an editable Word document with clean formatting and no shifted lines; you or the other party can edit it directly if anything needs to change.
Every download notifies the manager automatically.
When a specialist downloads a finished contract, their manager is notified immediately — you don't have to ask who downloaded what, or when.
