Every movement of your money, in one place
Every payment in and out is recorded with a clear link to which sale or rental it belongs to; no collection awaiting approval slips through.
How It Works
01
Money in and money out never mix.
Incoming and outgoing items are tracked separately on your accounting screen; every entry shows which sale, rental, or transaction it's tied to.
02
Every off-plan collection is tracked too.
One-off collections outside your standard payment plan — a deposit, a guarantee, a penalty, or any other non-standard payment need — are also tracked; every amount entered is posted to the relevant customer account once an accountant approves it.
03
Deposits and guarantees have their own ledger.
Cash-deposit movements (including offsets) are kept in a separate ledger with date, approver, and processor information; you can see which balance was used when, and by whom, looking back.
Tips
- Entering a collection: enter a manual collection from the relevant sale or rental record, choosing a category.
- Approval: an entered amount posts to the account once an accountant approves it.
- Follow-up: you choose who follows up on a late payment.
